Excellent service from start to finish, was kept in contact re: printing out tickets. Was all seamless and will definitely be booking again. Got fantastic seats, row 17. This trip was excellent value for money and would recommend to anyone considering booking through footballbreaks.

If you are a family of five beware of taxi prices as they charge you extra for more than four people in the seven seater cars.

The package was excellent. The service from the team at Footballbreak.co.uk was fantastic. I have been a life long Barcelona fan and visited the Camp Nou on several occasions but this experience beat the rest hands down. Messi got a hatrick, the city is beautiful, the hotel was centrally located, and the flights were hassle free. Overall, excellent stag weekend.

Visit the Barcelona Cathedral.

We thought it would be cheaper to book the hotel, natch and flights separately but this was a fantastic value offer. Less stress for us as everything was sorted. We had great seats for the match and the place was buzzing especially when Barcelona won 4-0. Our hotel was very modern and the staff were excellent, they even printed our boarding passes for our return flight. The thing I was most impressed with was the flight times, we had almost 3 full days there even though we only stayed 2 nights, perfect.

Don't turn up at the stadium too early, gates only open 1 1/2 hrs before kick off.

What an amazing football trip! The whole thing was organised really well (even the tickets etc printed out one step at a time, so all was good for "a bear of very little brain"), like me. It all flowed from one thing to the next without a problem. The eats were high up, but gave an excellent view of Messi's hat-trick! The city itself was excellent and well worth spending a couple of days looking at the superb architecture (and tapas bars).

Well worth getting a Tourist Bus Ticket for the non match day. We caught the blue route bus which also take you out to the stadium, where we did the Stadium Tour (brilliant). Allow a couple of hours for the tour. We then continued the blue route tour and swapped to the red route to get back to the hotel.

I cannot fault any aspect of this break to Barcelona. As a football mad mum, I went with my son for his 19th birthday as a surprise and we both had a thoroughly brilliant time. Flights were on time, getting to hotel was straightforward although I did some research before hand on the metro system. The hotel was basic but very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The stadium was spectacular and the match was amazing as was the tour we did of it the following day. The weather was very warm for the first week in January so enabled us to walk around the city comfortably and see the sights. I would go back again to watch another match but extend the stay by a couple of days to see more of this beautiful city and its beautiful game!!

If you do the tour of the stadium leave yourself a good two hours plus, even if it states an hour and a half, in high season it will be very busy but it is well worth the very reasonable price.
