Your personal data is collected and used by the company FootballBreak whose registered office is located at Amstel 178, 1017 AE, Amsterdam, Netherlands.

FootballBreak collects all personal data necessary for processing and executing your order, including your name, first name, telephone number, postal address and email.

The bank details provided at the time of your booking are encrypted using SSL protocol with GlobalSign certification.

It is specified that only the personal data strictly necessary for the purpose of the processing operation are collected from you.

FootballBreakhas striven to put in place reasonable precautions to preserve the confidentiality and security of the personal data processed and to prevent them from being distorted, damaged, destroyed or accessed by unauthorized third parties. Technical and organisational security measures have been put in place to this end.

a. For the performance of our contractual obligations (travel contract)

Your data is collected for the proper execution of our contractual obligations and in particular the management of your order, invoicing, order follow-up, after-sales service, and the management of your complaints.

b. Consent

When you expressly give your consent, your personal data is used for the following purposes:  

  • Loyalty program (newsletter)
  • Commercial prospecting
  • Statistical analyses after anonymization of your personal data

c. The legitimate interest of FootballBreak

With regard to the following purposes, the legal basis for the processing of the user's personal data is the legitimate interest of FootballBreak:

- The elaboration of profiles to send information on exclusive promotions, the latest news and personalized information adapted to the user's profile.

- The sending of satisfaction questionnaires concerning the stay booked on the website in order to ask you for your opinion.

Our legitimate interest is to be able to ensure that our website remains secure, and to be able to help FootballBreakunderstand the needs, expectations and level of satisfaction of users, thus improving the services offered. All these actions are carried out with the aim of improving the level of customer satisfaction.

FootballBreak communicates your personal data to various service providers: hotels, airlines, football clubs, and ticket suppliers. For these reasons:

  • For prospecting purposes

  • Case follow-up

The data may also be transferred internationally in addition to previous transfers/communications for which FootballBreakwill use the standard contractual clauses adapted by the European Commission as a guarantee for transfers made to countries that do not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission. The length of time your personal data are kept varies depending on the purpose for which they are processed.


Duration of storage

Storing your data for the proper execution of the contract.

In this case, your data will be kept for the purposes of fulfilling your order, and for a period of time necessary and reasonable to establish proof of a right or contract; this data may be archived in accordance with the provisions of the French Commercial Code and the French Consumer Code relating to the retention of contracts concluded electronically.

Storing your data for customer service.

In this case, the customer service will keep your personal data for 2 years for any complaints.
