In order to offer you peace of mind, we are introducing a 100% Money back guarantee on all our hotel & ticket packages. We have decided to currently not include flights with our packages. The reason for this is that we want to be able to offer you a full cash refund guarantee on all packages. With flight inclusive packages it is hard for us to offer this service. Most airlines are now offering you flexible terms when reserving flight seats. This means you can easily amend flights for free in the event of unforeseen circumstances or that you need to amend your trip.
For all bookings made before the 31 August, our Money Back Guarantee, we cover you with the following guarantees:

Money back guarantee for event without an audience
Money back guarantee if the country of destination closed their borders
We offer a cash refund, not vouchers
Full financial protection

All our trips are covered by the SGR board (financial protection for people who have purchased package holidays). In addition, we also offer a Money Back Guarantee for trips where the match has been cancelled/played behind closed door or for which the country of destinations has closed its borders. If one of these conditions applies, we will cancel your trip and issue a refund within 30 days.
