The stadium tour at Barca was excellent and well organised. Well recommend to go for the extra day to complete this. The tickets we received for the game were excellent - we could not have asked for a better view. My son, aged 8, found the whole experience 'awesome' and the service we received on the whole trip was brilliant.
It is a must to dot he extra day and complete the Barca stadium / museum tour.
The hotel was only 5 stops on the metro which was only a 5 mins walk away from our hotel. The flights were fine with no delays, the match tickets were waiting for us at the hotel reception , I didn't even ask for them as they were passed to me with the room key when we checked in. The experience of seeing the nou camp for real took our breath away due to the actual size of it. I couldn't fault the whole package from the day I booked it to the getting all the information approx 10 days before we went as was said when I booked the package.
If you go in January make sure to wrap up warm as it was pretty cold on the night.
My girlfriend and myself attended the Real Madrid vs Real Sociedad match at the end of January 2015, this was our second trip with Football Break to Madrid, and was equally as enjoyable. The ease of booking is a great help, and the Madrid experience is one we would definitely recommend
Purchase a Metro ticket for the duration of your stay, such an easy way to get around the city
Package was so easy to put together. Couldn't of been easier. Didn't need to speak to any representative as everything was so well organised. The atmosphere at nou camp was unbelievable ( even though it was cold as it was Jan) we got there early to soak up atmosphere. We upgraded the seats and really pleased we did we were in middle tier behind the goal and messi scored....excellent. Pre book the stadium tour as its so worth it!
Tip: Check how far hotel is away from airport...45euro in taxi.
This was our third trip with football break to Barcelona and, like the first two trips, the whole package was excellent. The upgraded match tickets offered by footballbreak were well worth the extra money as we got a great view of the game in both halves. The game itself was great to watch, two top teams made for a fantastic atmosphere and to see the worlds greatest player score the winner in a 3-2 Barcelona win, we couldn't have asked for any more.
In terms of the city, there is endless things to do and places to visit in Barcelona, I'd personally recommend buying a two day ticket on a jump on-jump off tour bus which enables you to visit almost all of the city's great attractions at your own speed. As previously stated, this was our third trip with footballbreak and I would recommend them to anyone, great value for money, simple to book and always on hand to answer any questions.
For future fans visiting Barcelona I'd recommend extending your trip an extra day or two as its a place with so much to do. The stadium tour at the Nou Camp is a must, as is a look around the Sagrada Familia and of course a long walk down the Ramblas.
