Our last trip to Barcelona was great but this time Footballbreak came through for us spectacularly. Our hotel was magnificent! 5star luxury, situated in prime position to enjoy both Madrid and the football. On check in, we were given our envelope containing our match tickets. What an awesome surprise when we checked them- only to find that we had been upgraded to corporate VIP !! we are still pinching ourselves to think that we were wined and dined and then seated 5 rows from the pitch to watch a brilliant team play a very good game of football. This is the second package we have enjoyed through the company and both trips were booked with ease. The booking process was simplistic with fantastic choice at each stage. Follow up emails were sent before the trip with all the relevant coupons and advice. Not a single quibble with either experience. Thank you again and hopefully we will be booking Munich next year!
Well organised, and plenty of communication. Football match was fantastic, good seats and my husband got to see his hero, Messi, play live. Acta Atrium hotel excellent. Central location, lovely room, very helpful & friendly staff
Wrap up warm for evening match. Even though it's spring was chilly
I don't think any other match will top the one we saw. Barcelona v PSG at the nou camp with great seats and the incredible champions league atmosphere. Was a bargain for what we experienced. Everything went smoothly with no hiccups and FootballBreak stuck to their word. Of course budget flights like easyjet are not the best and you may get delays so plan accordingly but definitely an incredible experience in a wonderful city. The tickets were ready for collection at the hotel at some promised and thank you to football break for a great trip. Definitely worth the value.
If going to the nou camp don't go into the stadium early. Wait outside and enjoy the atmosphere outside the stadium with the local fans before the game. There are a few bars around.
Great trip and well administered by Football Break. Barcelona is an excellent city and the stadium was amazing. We used the Hotel Abbot, which although advertised as 4 star, it was 3 at best. It was near to the Sants station but a couple of miles out from the main city centre (Las Ramblas) so it depends when you prefer to travel.
Nou Camp tour worth a go if you have time and if you want to visit the Sagrada Familia, it isn't open on a Sunday.
The whole package worked perfectly.
Fantastic atmosphere at Barcelona crowd was brilliant.
Loved Barcelona with limited time the tour bus captures it all
Use the metro easy, clean and quick.
Use the tourist bus jump on and off as you please
Do the stadium tour
