The complete package organised by footballbreak was of high quality including flights and accomodation. The taxi from the airport to the centre cost 45 euros for 5 of us.The hotel was in an excellent location and 10 minutes walk from the main street, it was clean, breakfast was good with enough choice for everyone. Getting around Barcelona is easy either walking, using the hop on hop off bus or the Metro.
Don't be afraid to use the Metro, it's very easy to understand, use and is cheap.
Amazing! My all time dream of going to the nou camp became reality an it more than lived up to expectations. Football break are so easy to deal with and would definetly use them again. I also requested all 4 seats together at the game, a balcony in our hotel room which were all met. Barcelona as a city isnice with lots of differnent attractions. Segway tour is a must really good fun. The only negatives from my weekend away was the flights because ive got a major fear of it and we also found the locals to be very rude in the way they speak especially taxi drivers but overall loved the trip!!
If your just there for the football try and get a hotel as close to the nou camp as possible because the metro is madness after the game. Segway tour is really fun to do.
Overall I can safely say that I was extremely pleased with the service and package I received from footballbreak.co.uk From choosing the hotel to the match (Real Madrid v Sevilla VIP Tickets) I was eased through the process and everything was taken care of. I arrived at the hotel and my tickets were there. Simple and no hassle. What else do you need when going on holiday? Madrid is a beautiful city albeit we had poor weather and The Bernabeu is simply amazing as is the atmosphere. We were also treated to 4 goals and majestic Ronaldo! In short - I would 110% book again!
Please check the weather as it can get cold and wet! 4 nights is probably just about right and don't underestimate the Metro system. So easy and cheap! The stadium is only a few stops from the City Centre!
The whole package was completely smooth and really well organised. We were given all information when we needed it and everything went to plan. The hotel was pretty basic but in a great location and perfect for a short trip away. Our experience at Camp Nou was great - the seats were quite high up and out of the action but we were pretty happy with where we were sitting. Overall we had an amazing time - thank you Football Break for making it all such a pleasant experience!
Take advantage of the 2 day tour bus discount - definitely the easiest way to see all the city in a short time!
