Travel insurance, transfers and expenditure whilst on your football break are not included. Travel Insurance can be booked in step 6 of the booking process. Information on your route from the airport using public transport will be issued with your travel documents. We can arrange private transfers from the airport to your hotel in many cases. Yes. Our football trips are fully customisable and can be extended, but not shortened. You can use the calendar to determine your preferred travel dates. The premium for the extra hotel nights is shown in Step 3. However, you cannot depart later or return earlier than our dates, which are chosen to allow for any possible changes to schedules.
Your trip does not include transfers. Return transfers from the airport to the hotel are already available for you in the booking process should you wish to add these to your package. On reserving this service you will receive customised directions with your travel documents. Information is provided on how to get from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the stadium whenever you can travel by public transport. However, it is possible to book transfers with your package for most of the destinations.
The Spanish league matches are always played on Sunday or Saturday. The kick-off is usually at 22.00 hours and 18.00 hours respectively, never before. The exact match day and start time is announced 10 days before the competition. Our trips are adjusted accordingly, so you do not have to take this into account.

Immediately (within minutes) after making your booking you will receive a confirmation of your booking and payment via email. This confirmation also shows all flights, hotels and any extras added to your booking. No later than 14 days prior to departure you will receive your travel documents by email. This will contain information such as:
1. Confirmation of the flight instructions in order to check in at the airport.
These are e-tickets issued by the airline. You will not receive any tickets by post. All tickets are in your name, which must match your passport or national ID card details. In addition, the booking reference you see in the travel documents is important.
2. Confirmation of your hotel.
You will receive a booking reference and vouchers. You can also check in at the hotel upon presentation of your passport (if necessary you can also show the vouchers).
3. Confirmation of your football tickets.
We will confirm the booking of your football tickets within these documents. The football tickets will be sent before the match, by courier, to the hotel. This is 100% safe. Any vouchers for stadium tours will be delivered, together with your football tickets. Your transfers and other reserved extras will be separately confirmed in your travel documents.
4. Emergency numbers which you can use to reach us during your trip.
In the unlikely event that you have an urgent question for us whilst you are away we have two emergency number at your disposal, 24 hours a day, where we can be reached.
5. Route description from airport to hotel and hotel to the stadium.

With regard to your travel documents, these will be forwarded to you in PDF format approximately 14 days prior to departure. Within these documents you will find your flight E-tickets, hotel voucher and a transfer voucher (if booked). Match tickets will be delivered by courier to your hotel, signed for and stored in a secure location by hotel staff for your collection at the reception desk. This will be one day before the match, no later than 20.00 hours for weekend matches and 13.00 hours for weekday matches. Unfortunately it is not possible for the tickets to be delivered to your home address. The reason for this policy is that the tickets are often dispatched by the club very shortly before departure and there is sometimes insufficient time to have them delivered to you safely. No, all of the airlines that we work with now issue electronic tickets. We will provide you with your reference number and full details of check in. This is all that is required for you to board your flight.
The holiday prices given by this website are based on flights that often do not carry a supplement. The flight supplements shown reflect the additional cost of flying from certain airports, or on certain days of the week. The website will add or subtract the correct flight supplement from the price of your holiday.
In step 1 of the booking process, it is possible to specify your room requests. You can usually specify a twin room (two single beds), a double room (one double bed), a triple room or a single room. For most of our packages you can choose your own hotel in step 2 of the booking process. For other packages you will be allocated in a 3* or 4* centrally located hotel. Details of your hotel will be shown in your travel documents. Should you have a preference which hotel you are allocated please mention this in the special request section at booking stage. Requests however cannot be guaranteed.
As standard our prices are exclusive if breakfast. However many of the hotels we offer will include breakfast at no extra charge, if this is the case then we will of course include it in your package. Please refer to your travel documents for confirmation of your circumstances regarding this.
This is possible subject to an administration charge of 20.00 GBP per person, per amendment, plus any charges made by the airline. Please forward your amendment requests to us in writing by email. We will then obtain the price for your amendment and advise you of it. Please note as standard the earlier you advise us of a change the cheaper it will be. Full payment for amendment fees must be paid before the change can be made to your booking.
You can contact us by email indicating which category you wish to upgrade your tickets to. We will send you a quotation for the new category of ticket should they be available plus any additional costs.
